If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from our Online Store (excluding unpacked, discount, promotion items), we offer a one-off return, or exchange for the same item in another color/ product. For hygiene reasons, we regret to advise that we do not accept the return of unpacked products.
You have to notify us within 14 days from the date of order arrival for processing the return of the item. Item(s) should be returned within 14 days with attached receipt of your case number.
Should you wish to return your item(s) for any reason, please refer to the table below as a guideline and explain the reason for your returns request.
Exchanges/returns will be processed upon receipt of the regarding item(s).
Acknowledgement of receipt will be sent electronically following the evaluation process, stating the outcome and whether the item is eligible for exchange, refund or credit. Packages sent without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Please note that Delivery fees / Handling fees paid are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return. Besides, customers may need to pay the additional exchange or return shipping fees.
Criteria for returns/exchange of Products
- Items must note be damaged.
- Evaluation process may take up to 21 days from receipt.
- Items must be in new/original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- No monetary refunds available.
- Exchange only.
- Exceptions and other conditions will be noted within the item description.
- Upon dispute, the returns/exchange decisions by Chemill will be final.
